LETTER OF PROPOSAL
Introduction
Thank you for the opportunity to submit a proposal for the
design of your school’s website.
Working together, I believe we can create a site that is
simple to navigate and has a professional yet welcoming design.
Based on our preliminary discussion at your office, I have
identified and listed below the Needs and Solutions that we will want to
address in this project.
Needs
The world we live in today
is recognized as the jet age. Individuals, companies and organizations who fail
to recognize this change will in no time find themselves out of business.
Recently, schools and organizations
have seen a drastic increase in competition. These new competitors have modern
looking websites that are starting to attract some of your school school’s long
time parents and their wards. Therefore there are needs to design your website
with looks to ensure existing students are kept, and new ones are converted.The design should include a way for prospective parents to contact the company and a way to find locations.
Your school needs a website to reach out to the community
and also to serve and support the current
students.
Solutions
INULOO SYSTEMS will provide your school with a fresh new web
design that is easy to navigate and provides useful information to current
students and parents. The design will also convey to potential students that
your school is a professional, reliable, well equipped modernized school.
The design will integrate the current logo and color palette
so it will maintain a familiar look to current subscribers, but will at the
same time show them that your school is improving its facilities, personnel and
web presence in order to serve them better.
Content Management System
Central to the design from INULOO SYSTEMS will be a robust
Content Management System (CMS)
that will allow your school to make changes easily to the
website, without requiring a dedicated
workstation or additional software. Not only will the CMS
save Sample Company website revision costs
but it will also ensure that the website stays fresh and up
to date.

These seven pages will be "hardwired" into the new
design by INULOO SYSTEMS and links to
them will appear in the horizontal menu bar at the top of the page (below the
logo and other header content).
On each of these pages, we will include a left-hand column
that your school can use to create links to as many "subpages" as
they wish. Therefore, the CMS allows for as many pages as necessary, without incurring
additional cost beyond the original design and landing pages fee.
Workflow
Preliminary Design
Working in conjunction with your school, INULOO SYSTEMS will
provide you with preliminary design concept for the new website. That design
concept will include the basic layout, color
palette, font choices, etc.
you can at that point request one round of design revisions
within the scope of the Fee
Schedule . If more revisions are deemed necessary at that
point by you, the work
will be done at an agreed fee.
Fee Summary
Designing your
website with the above stated characteristics and pages will cost the total of
₦50,000 (negotiable)
Fee Schedule
If you wish INULOO SYSTEMS to go forward with the project,
here is the schedule for payments of the fee:
50% due upon acceptance of the proposal before work
commences
50% will be paid upon delivering the project
INULOO SYSTEMS will launch the website when requested,
providing that there is no balance due.
